High pressure centrifugal pump
Highly efficient high-pressure centrifugal pump in vertical design
with inline connections.
The normal-suction high-pressure centrifugal pump has an overall
compact design and is easy to maintain. The
pump shaft and the motor shaft of the IEC standard motor are
connected using a shell coupling and a separate
lantern ball bearing ensures optimal absorption of axial forces. Intermediate bearings in the hydraulics and
corrosion-resistant shaft with stainless steel sleeve ensure a
long service life. Special, permanently attached lifting eyes
enable the pump to be easily installed.
The pump is suitable for use in water supply
and pressure boosting, in industrial circulation systems as well as in
process water circuits and closed cooling circuits. It can also be used in fire extinguishing systems, washing systems and for
irrigation. Special features/product advantages

Notes on the design
- The motor protection for the three-phase motor is available on request
or must be provided on site
- Single-phase AC motor with built-in thermal
motor protection and capacitor
- The standard position of the terminal box is aligned with the suction flange, but this can be changed if required
- The Wilo-Helix V is equipped with a user-friendly
mechanical seal in cartridge design and with a
standard Seal for easy maintenance
- The removal coupling (at ≥ 7.5 kW) enables the mechanical seal to be replaced without removing the motor
- The flexible lantern design, available in two orientations, enables direct access to the mechanical seal
- For the pump versions PN 16, PN 25 and Pmax = 30 bar, round counter flanges made of gray cast iron or stainless steel, screws, nuts and seals are available as accessories
- Bypass sets are available as accessories
- Wilo-Helix V(F) in VdS-certified version available on request.
