1- It will be driven by compressed air or electric motor. If an electric driven motor is to be used, it must be in IE3 class.
2- It should be suitable for liquid-liquid operation.
3- The pump must be Pneumatic or Diaphragm type. If the pump is diaphragm type, it should be double-layered (sandwich technology) and Teflon (PTFE) material.
4- There should be a diaphragm monitoring system.
5- It should have a maximum flow of 20 kg/hour.
6- Working pressure should be minimum 300 and maximum 350 Bar.
7- It should be able to work with 1% dosing precision.
8- Frequency converter must be controlled.
9- There should be a double ball check valve system.
10- It should be isocratic controlled.
11- Stroke adjustment should be available and it should be manually adjustable.
12- There should be a safety valve and a rupture disc on it.
13- Minimum 1.5 kW.
14- Zone 2 class must have ATEX certificate.
