Requirements: Vibration Sensors shall be
Accelerometer-type;
packed in AISI 316 Stainless Steel Body, threaded connection to equipment and shall have integrated cable with end connector suitable to ports of Emerson AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer;
compatible to the Input Specifications of Emerson AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer (Refer to Attchment.1), from electronic points of view.
Instrument enclosure shall be IP 67 (as minimum) as per IEC-60529.
RFI/EMI protection shall be provided.
Vendor is requested to quote Single-Axis and 3-Axis Sensors Seperately.

Environmental: Vibration Sensors shall be suitable to -20°C … +70°C ambient temperature.

Hazardous Area
Classification: Vibration Sensors shall be certified suitable for the relevant hazardous area classified as:
- Zone 1&2 IIC T6 according to IEC 60079;
- Explosion proof E(ex) d+ia IIC T6 ATEX II 2G according to ATEX/CENELEC.

Wiring: Vibration Sensors shall have integrated cable with end-connector suitable to ports of Emerson AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer.


Performance: Minimum daha collection range shall be 10 - 10000 Hz. Sensitivity shall be 100 mV/g as minimum.

Materials: Body Materials shall be AISI 316 Stainless Steel as minimum.
Material shall be suitable for meteorological data.
